The Chancellory Building is the main administrative centre of the university, its construction began on July 15, 2005 and was fully operational on March 22, 2007. Covering an area of 13,588.40m2 and six storeys high, the building locates three main departments, namely the Chancellery, Registrar's and Treasury Departments.
The design is based on the concept of human relationship with the Creator based on tauhid (monotheism), relationship with nature (environmentally friendly) and human relationship (customer friendly). The position of the building facing the direction of Qiblat reflects the appreciation of the concept of ubudiah in each of its designs.

- The Senate Hall on the 4th floor with a capacity of 112 people
